That's exactly what I suspect,, Tiddles, but I'd have to get to the bottom of it all in order to confirm that, and that's EXACTLY what I can't face doing. I haven't felt like this about a national political issue of importance since about 1970g, when hhostilities broke out in Northrrn Ireland

Maybe the politicians who are spouting the stuff don't understand what's going on. Certainly our media don't

Sunday morning. Still got this dreadful cold, in fact I'm worried it might be 'flu, 'cos of the crap injection we all got this year. And 'flu can do my mental health in again Still, I've made a resolution that has done me good: I have decided not to read or watch or listen to ANYTHING about Brexit. I can't understand what's going on. And it does my head in

I wonder you have the insolence to lecture me on lifestyles of children, Laetitis Look at YOUR children. Crispian, my father-in-law, is an idiot, who chose Ashtoreth for a wife, Hugo is still on the wrong side of the law as far as the acquisition of antiquities is concerned. Rollo, Grimoir and Cyprian would be nowhere if you hadn't found sensible wives for them from your own..er...well, I don't like to use the word "retinue," but effectively that's what it is. You know very well that marriage to Muggaburama, Lady Titiburama's sister, made Grimoir into a respectable citizen, which hitherto he'd never been And look at the state of this room! Is it one of those installations, only made with food, because it sure as hell looks like it and it smells of FISH: you are decayed "it" girl and an ageing hippie

I knew it! Well, it's scarcely surprising that the money's not there for more humble items. So let's hear no more about it, I beg you. But while we're on the subject of Mayblossom and Grenville, I wish to speak to you seriously about them. You and Orlando are spoiling them by allowing them to drive a wedge between you and him.. If this continues, you will end up with the most cynical, materialistic, unloving and manipulative children in the city. See to it, please: you and Orlando must find a workable compromise on issues like diet and entertainments. And then hold fast to that
